Our guarantee is simple. We want you to love shopping at Herbs & things whether it be at our Austin, TX location or On-Line. If within the first 30 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason, just give us a call or send us an email. (All sale items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% refund fee.)

Domestic Shipping Options: Herbs & things ships on-line orders within the continental United States only. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be called in.

Wholesale Orders: All orders of $100+ will receive wholesale prices. These orders must be called in since we must re-adjust the product price and recalculate your reduced shipping rates. (East Park Research products do not qualify for this promotion.)

Shipping Methods: Rates are based on current Fedex rates, your zip code, and the weight of the product.

Fedex 5-7 Business Days: $7.99 minimum
Fedex 3-5 Business Days: $10.83 minimum
Fedex Next Day: $20.75 minimum (Must be received by 11:00 A.M. Central Time

Out of Stock: If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we will ship out a partial order. We will call or email you when the out of stock items arrives at the store to see if you still want us to ship it to you.

Off-Line Ordering: You can call in, email, or place an order by mail. (See Contact Us information.) We can calculate your order total and you can pay by credit card or mail us a check or money order.
