LINEAR GROWTH VS EXPONENTIAL GROWTH

Linear growth looks something like this.
You work in the industry for company ‘X’ and you earn commissions on the orders of customers you refer to the company.  To keep it simple, let’s say you personally commit to a goal of bringing 1 new customer every month.  At the end of the year, you will have a customer base of 12 people.  Every time they order from the company you receive a commission based on their order volume.

The company rewards you with a good percentage of the sales, but at the end of the year you didn’t quite meet your financial goals.  So you set a new goal your second year. Maybe instead of 1 new customer per month, you decide to bring in 2 or 3 new customers per month.  If you are committed and ambitious enough you could make a pretty good living. However, you will always get paid on your efforts alone.  Over the years, you may have to work harder and longer to meet your financial needs.

Exponential growth looks something like this.
If you start your NW (Network) business or organization today and you attempt to "sponsor" one new person each and every month for a year, and in turn teach that person to do the same thing, look what happens to your business by the end of that year!

In your first month,
you "sponsor" one new person to do the business with you and teach them how to do the business and how to "sponsor" people. You now have 2 people in your NW organization.
Month two
you each "sponsor" one and teach them to do the same, you now have 4 people in your NW organization!
Month three
you each "sponsor" one and teach them to do the same, you now have 8 people in your NW organization!
Month four & six you do the same…

Month seven
you each "sponsor" one and teach them to do the same, you now have 128 people in your NW organization!
Month eight
you each "sponsor" one and teach them how to do the same, you now have 256 people in your NW organization!
Month nine & ten you do the same…

Month eleven
you each "sponsor" one person and teach them how to do the same, you now have 2048 people in your NW organization!

And finally:
Month twelve
you each "sponsor" one person and teach them how to do the same. You now have 4096 people in your NW organization yet You only personally "sponsored" 12 people into your organization!

This is the power of Network Marketing.  You are paid not only on your efforts but on the efforts of everyone on your team!
