SLEEP
When the quanlity of your sleep deteriorates and the quantity diminishes, chronic fatigue, lowered immune function, and lack of sleep can ensue.
To help you relax before sleep, try the following:
Rub Peace & Calming or Dream Catcher across the shoulders along with a little lavender or Roman Chamomile if needed.
Put 1 drop of Harmony on energy meridians to help balance the energy flow in the body. (1 dp on stomach, navel, thymus, throat, forehead, and crown of head.)
Appy 2-3 drops valerian to the brain VitaFlex points on foot.
[Small children do well with lavender on bottom of feet or on belly. For infants put 2-3 drops on the palm of your hand and gently rub your hands together, then rub infant's feet and/or belly.]
