Olive Leaf Increases Good Cholesterol

Another study written up in an article in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 1995, indicated that Olive oil in ones diet increased the HDL (high-density lipoproteins), the good cholesterol, by 7%. The Visioli and Galli study mentioned above confirmed that Olive Leaf inhibited oxidation of LDL (low-density lipoproteins), the bad cholesterol. Another study at the University of Milan has demonstrated that use of Olive Leaf causes reduction and delaying of heart problems.
