Another
study written up in an article in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in
1995, indicated that Olive oil in ones diet increased the HDL (high-density
lipoproteins), the good cholesterol, by 7%. The Visioli and Galli study
mentioned above confirmed that Olive Leaf inhibited oxidation of LDL (low-density
lipoproteins), the bad cholesterol. Another study at the University
of Milan has demonstrated that use
of Olive Leaf causes reduction and delaying of heart problems.
